We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@preciousstudio.world with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you have completed more than 50% of the course content, you may not be eligible for a full refund, but we will review each case individually.
If a refund is approved, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access course content or receive certificates.
If you have a subscription, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
Certificates, downloadable resources already accessed, and one-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed are non-refundable.
